Please mark your calendars!
Hi Deb,
On behalf of the Chenango and Upper Susquehanna Chapters, NYSAA I wanted to contact you personally and forward a copy of the first call for papers for the 98th annual New York State Archaeological Association meeting which will be held on April 11th-13th of 2014 at the Holiday Inn in Oneonta, NY. This is the first time that the meeting will be held in the Susquehanna Valley since the 1990s, and we are hoping to get enough papers to have a symposium Saturday afternoon highlighting the archaeology of our region. Nina Versaggi is going to encourage the Binghamton community to participate, and I invite you and you organization to attend and participate in the meeting.
I also wanted to invite your organization to participate in our book room if you were interested. We do not charge a table fee to non-profit organizations. It would be an opportunity to sell books and archaeology related stuff, disseminate info about SRAC and maybe get a few new members.
It's shaping up to be a very dynamic meeting. Anything you could do to help make this meeting a great success would be much appreciated.
Thanks!
Dave Moyer
